At Fipros Nutrition i Ebberup, the brand-new production line is built with hygiene sluices. All changes in zones takes place through a CleanAccess sluice. Maintaining a high level of hygiene in sensitive powder production, whether it involves staff or goods such as raw materials or excipients.
High speed air blows away particles at up to 20 m/s. The air is filtered via internal hepa filter systems. Mobile phones and other small items are processed in the CleanBox.
All raw materials and excipients for production enter through the CleanAccess Cargo sluice, which removes loose particles using both air and UVC, and treats the entire surface of the items with UVC.
